Head of Sustainability

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Sustainability / ESG to build and lead the organization's environmental, social, and governance strategy. You will own ESG goals, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, embedding sustainability into operations and positioning the company for regulatory and investor expectations.

Responsibilities

• ESG Strategy: Own the enterprise ESG strategy, materiality assessment, and goals.
• Reporting: Lead ESG reporting and disclosures aligned to leading frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD).
• Sustainability Programs: Drive decarbonization, energy, and social-impact initiatives across operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage investors, regulators, customers, and communities on ESG performance.
• Governance: Partner with legal and the board on ESG governance and risk.
• Measurement: Establish ESG metrics and track measurable progress against targets.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in sustainability / ESG, including program leadership.
• Frameworks: Deep knowledge of ESG frameworks, disclosure, and reporting standards.
• Program Delivery: Track record delivering sustainability initiatives with measurable impact.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience engaging investors, regulators, and executives on ESG.
• Analytical: Strong data and reporting capabilities.
• Communication: Excellent communication and executive-influence skills.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's required; advanced degree or ESG credential a plus.
