Spiritual Leadership
Lead the school with the value of meeting each student, parent, and family member where they are in their spiritual journey.
Model a vibrant, growing personal relationship with Jesus through leadership, decision-making, and daily interactions.
Ensure that spiritual formation is integrated into curriculum, discipline, and school life.
Support and encourage staff in their roles as both educators and ministers to students.
Academic Leadership
Provide visionary leadership focused on meeting students at their academic level and addressing individual instructional needs.
Oversee curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices to ensure academic growth for all students.
Champion differentiated instruction, intervention strategies, and data-informed decision-making.
Coach and support teachers through observation, feedback, and professional development.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and instructional excellence.
Student Care
Ensure that students are known, valued, and loved as children of God.
Promote a safe, nurturing, and disciplined learning environment.
Lead with compassion and wisdom in matters of student behavior, emotional well-being, and family concerns.
Cultivate a school climate where students experience the acceptance, love, and freedom of Jesus Christ.
Staff Leadership
Recruit, develop, and retain faculty who align with the church’s mission, vision and values.
Recruit, develop, and retain staff with complementary skills and abilities.
Foster collaboration, trust, and unity among faculty and staff.
Provide professional guidance to faculty and staff.
Address challenges with clarity, grace, and accountability.
Family & Community Engagement
Partner with families as primary influencers in their children’s academic and spiritual development.
Communicate clearly and consistently with parents regarding expectations and student progress.
Represent the school positively within the church and broader community.
Encourage strong relationships between the school, the church, and families.
Operational & Administrative Leadership
Oversee day-to-day school operations, policies, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable educational standards and regulations.
Maintain accreditation with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
Develop the school’s annual budget and manage financial resources responsibly.
Establish and coordinate safety and security procedures for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Partner with other church ministry leaders in mission, vision, values, and strategies.
Collaborate with church leadership, the CCS board, and the Casas Council as applicable.
