This is an independent contractor role, not an employee position. There are no set hours, shifts, or assigned working times. You choose your own schedule, manage your own workflow, and operate independently without supervision or daily check-ins.
You are self-motivated, disciplined, and able to produce reliable results long-term without someone telling you what to do every day.
If you need structure, fixed hours, or a manager directing you daily, this will not be a good fit.

- airtime

- subscriptions
- tools
- reimbursements of any kind
All callers MUST use their own calling setup, tools, and pay their own costs (phone, software, etc.).

This role is 100% commission-only (no base, no hourly, no guaranteed minimum). Compensation is based entirely on results. You earn 35% of Net Revenue on projects closed through your sales efforts and/or your team’s sales efforts. Net Revenue means money actually received by Crezivanta after fees, refunds, or chargebacks. Earnings are unlimited because there is no cap on how many projects you and your team can close.

The Phase 1 targets are:
- 20+ qualified sales calls booked and attended, and
- 4+ closed projects with payment collected.
After 60 days, we review results together. If performance is close to or above targets and the collaboration feels right, we keep working. If not, we end the relationship and pay out what you earned. This does not create an employee relationship; it’s just a performance review window for an independent contractor partnership.
Earnings are unlimited. There is no cap on how many projects you and your team can close. Depending on project size, your 35% commission can range from a couple hundred dollars to several thousand dollars per client.
