Head of Sales Ethylene Americas
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a regional sales team to achieve meaningful growth targets across the ethylene market.
- Shape the full commercial agenda across the Americas, including executing differentiated segment strategies and driving value-based pricing.
- Build key licensor partnerships to secure major new plant projects in the region.
- Develop a high-performing team and bring together cross-functional stakeholders.
- Introduce new innovations to market, partnering with influential names in global petrochemicals.

Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales leadership within the petrochemicals industry.
- Experience in developing and executing differentiated segment strategies.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to build and maintain key licensor partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
