Head of Rated & Hybrid Insurance Experiences

Key Responsibilities

  • Own carrier and agency relationships to onboard and maintain rate partnerships.
  • Oversee performance: Track how rates convert and price them accordingly.
  • Collaborate with media, product, and account teams to balance rate displays with lead/call monetization.
  • Work on yield optimization—developing algorithms to maximize profit across different flows.
  • Test and scale new media sources into the rated experience funnel.

Who You Are

  • You’ve got experience in insurance distribution—ideally a mix of digital lead/call models and rated experiences.
  • You think like a GM: You love owning a P&L, building partnerships, and optimizing margins.
  • You’re comfortable working cross-functionally—whether it’s biz dev, product, or media.
  • You have a knack for turning data into action—whether that’s in pricing, customer journey, or yield.

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 USD to 175,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

Schedule

This position is full-time.
