What you’ll own Quality standards and review protocols across domains.A team of senior reviewers and quality analysts, built and led.Quality metrics and their honesty: error rates, agreement, escape rates, customer findings.The decision on what ships and what goes back.Review tooling with platform, and grader calibration with research. What you bring Senior experience running quality, audit or review functions for technical or data products.A review process you built that scaled and stayed rigorous.Enough technical fluency to review code and data yourself.Direct, clear and unmoved by deadline pressure. Helpful, not required Annotation or training data quality.A regulated or audited environment.
