About the role

Join Launch Legends (parent of Autheo) as a part-time Equity Cofounder — Head of PR. With nearly 100 elite equity cofounders from Fortune 500 companies, top universities, and PhD-level talent already on board, Autheo is building the world's first Layer-0 Operating System with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain — unifying identity, compute, storage, developer tools, and AI into one sovereign, interoperable powerhouse.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a high-octane PR strategy that delivers consistent, high-visibility wins in major outlets (CoinDesk, CoinTelegraph, Decrypt, The Block, TechCrunch, and beyond).
• Build and leverage an elite network of journalists, editors, influencers, and analysts in the Web3 space.
• Transform complex Layer-0 tech into irresistible stories through killer press releases, op-eds, media kits, and bylined content.
• Orchestrate PR around massive moments — testnet launches, token events, enterprise integrations, and ecosystem growth.
• Drive both proactive campaigns and reactive opportunities while positioning Autheo as the sovereign infrastructure the industry has been waiting for.
• Track results obsessively and keep raising the bar on media sentiment, coverage volume, and industry attention.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of proven PR experience specifically in crypto/blockchain/Web3 with a track record of landing major placements and creating real industry hype.
• A strong existing network in crypto media, analysts, and key players.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills — you can make even the most technical concepts exciting and accessible.
• Deep, up-to-the-minute knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem and media landscape.
• A proactive, creative, high-energy mindset that thrives in fast-moving startup environments.
• Genuine passion for decentralized technology and a drive to finally bring business fully on-chain.

Qualifications

• PhD-level expertise in blockchain, computer science, or related fields.
• Experience in launching and scaling blockchain projects.
• Strong background in digital marketing and communications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
