Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team focused on delivering exceptional responsiveness and high-quality output to position Evinova competitively for commercial opportunities through value-driven proposals.
- Develop and lead both Enterprise SaaS and study-by-study competitive pricing strategies, partnering cross-functionally to align pricing with product, delivery, and overall business P&L objectives.
- Lead and support the team in developing strategic proposal responses that address all customer requirements, proactively identifying how Evinova solutions solve customer challenges.
- Drive and expedite contract creation and execution, ensuring all Statements of Work (SOWs) reflect agreed scope and Evinova capabilities.
- Partner with the CFO organization to align revenue expectations.
- Oversee the creation of persuasive responses to RFIs and other client-facing documents, collaborating with the sales leadership team to progress to RFP.
- Harness AI initiatives to accelerate processes, improve response quality, and increase team capacity.
- Identify opportunities to enhance proposal effectiveness using market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts, product teams, and delivery leads to ensure proposals are accurate, solution-oriented, and differentiated.
- Partner with Legal to streamline SOW templates and customer engagements.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies by shaping messaging and value propositions for target audiences across therapeutic areas and geographies.
- Manage the proposal lifecycle from intake to submission, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Track and report on proposal-related KPIs, including win rates, submission timelines, and client feedback to optimize processes.
- Mitigate risks and resolve challenges related to proposal development and client engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree desired.
- 5+ years of experience in software sales and delivering commercial value in the industry.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial sales within the pharmaceutical software sector.
- Exceptional network and sales experience with a well-recognized reputation.

Pay
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $172,624 to $258,936 USD. Base pay may vary depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
