- Oversee scheduling, resourcing, and execution of all productions, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
- Maintain technical and creative quality control across audio, video, editing, and publishing workflows

- Specify and procure equipment, sets, acoustic treatment, lighting, and technology infrastructure required to support multiple concurrent shows
- Develop and document technical standards, workflows, and studio operating procedures for all DMM shows
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to keep DMM at the forefront of content production

- Specify and procure equipment, sets, acoustic treatment, lighting, and technology infrastructure required to support multiple concurrent shows in DMM’s warehouse, and in any other studio locations where we’re operating shows
- Lead DMM’s development slate — podcasts, video series, documentaries, branded projects, and creator-driven concepts
- Generate, solicit, and evaluate new show ideas that fit DMM’s tone, audience, and strategic growth goals
- Collaborate with existing talent to develop new elements, formats and series
- Scout and nurture new voices and creators who embody DMM’s authenticity and edge
- Oversee creative development materials — pitch decks, treatments, pilot outlines, and test episodes
- Track industry trends and audience insights to identify emerging opportunities in sports, culture, and lifestyle media
- Serve as a creative brand guardian, ensuring all projects uphold DMM’s values of authenticity, passion, and relatability
- Lead and manage the production team including producers, editors, technicians, and independent contractors
- Build systems and workflows that enable efficient, high-quality output across multiple shows, clients, and events simultaneously
- Set a daily example of accountability, creativity, passion, honesty, and craftsmanship
- Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and career development opportunities to team members
- Participate in hiring decisions and talent selection; make staffing recommendations to leadership
- Partner with executive leadership to align production and development operations with company growth and revenue strategy
- Maintain a strong network of talent, agents, producers, and industry partners relevant to sports, culture, and lifestyle media
- Bring entrepreneurial energy — thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment where you often have to figure it out as you go
Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience spanning media production and content development
- At least 2 years in a staff or team management role
- Proven track record of shows or productions that made it to market and performed
