Head of Product - Interfaces

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Product - Interfaces to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will own the product vision and execution for a set of connected interface experiences that help customers navigate complex financial tasks with clarity and control. The role will partner closely with design, engineering, and AI-focused teams to improve workflow navigation, strengthen shared capabilities, and elevate the overall customer experience. It will also lead and develop a product management team while balancing immediate customer needs with long-term platform investments. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $289,700 – $362,100 annually Responsibilities Set product direction for interfaces that connect multiple platforms based on customer needs Lead and develop the product management team, fostering ownership and excellence Shape AI experiences in partnership with the command team to enhance customer financial tasks Improve the core product experience for better financial understanding and workflow navigation Build shared capabilities to support teams in delivering consistent user experiences Integrate quality into product development through collaboration with engineering and design Design for customer control, ensuring clarity in actions and permissions Connect product portfolios across the organization to enhance shared capabilities Balance immediate customer needs with long-term platform investments Qualifications 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading product managers Proven track record of delivering valuable products with clear contributions Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing talent Strong product judgment with a focus on design quality and customer experience Practical experience with AI products, including evaluation and iteration Ability to navigate ambiguity and create actionable product roadmaps Strong technical judgment for complex product decisions Effective communicator with the ability to explain trade-offs and challenge assumptions Customer-focused approach to decision-making and improvement Commitment to owning outcomes beyond a narrow product scope High standards for personal work and a constructive approach to team development Benefits Equity options and RSUs Comprehensive benefits package Highly competitive salary and equity ranges Regular updates to compensation based on industry data Focus on internal pay equity among peers Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
