The Head of Product - Integrations at PHIL is responsible for owning and evolving the strategic roadmap for PHIL’s external integrations, including electronic health records, payers and plans, third party providers, etc. This role requires linking high-level business strategy to technical requirements and product outcomes, solving complex problems, developing new platform capabilities, leading cross-functional partnerships, and mentoring the product team.

  • Own and evolve the strategic roadmap for PHIL’s external integrations
  • Benchmark against industry best practices and build a plan to achieve best-in-class service offerings
  • Solve complex problems by driving significant improvements in quality and speed
  • Develop and champion new platform capabilities to support expanded therapeutic categories and patient therapy management
  • Set long-term success metrics and operational KPIs, ensuring the product roadmap aligns with measurable outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional partnerships with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams
  • Lead discovery efforts and user research to identify top opportunities to deliver value, ruthlessly prioritizing to maintain organization focus
  • Mentor product team members and elevate the overall product team capability through thought leadership, strategic rigor, and operational depth

Requirements include 10+ years in product management with at least 3 years in healthcare, preferably in pharmacy operations, EHR systems, payer and plan integrations. Strong fluency with data and metrics, experience setting and managing product KPIs and operational SLAs, and a deep understanding of technical systems are also essential. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and a passion for improving patient care through thoughtful, scalable systems design are key. A background in technology, healthcare, or pharmacy is required, with an MBA being highly desirable.
