Key Responsibilities
- Own the Guide product roadmap, translating company strategy into prioritized product initiatives, delivery plans, and execution milestones.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Commercial, and Product leadership to align priorities, requirements, tradeoffs, and releases.
- Incorporate customer, operator, and field feedback into product decisions, ensuring solutions address real-world workflows and deployment challenges.
- Balance short-term deployment needs with long-term platform, product, and business objectives to drive sustainable growth.
- Build and scale the Guide Product function, including team development, product management processes, documentation standards, and prioritization frameworks.
- Drive deployment readiness and production scalability by defining success criteria and ensuring products support reliable field operations and commercial adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Experience leading products that combine hardware and software systems.
- Strong systems thinker comfortable operating across technical, operational, and customer domains simultaneously.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with highly technical engineering and architecture teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure in fast-moving environments.
- Strong product judgment and prioritization instincts.
- Excellent communicator capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around difficult tradeoffs.
- Collaborative, low-ego leader motivated by solving meaningful real-world problems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in industrial technology, robotics, edge AI, computer vision, IoT, geospatial systems, or operational field technologies.
- Exposure to forestry, wildfire mitigation, conservation technology, natural resources, or government-regulated environments.
- Experience building PM organizations from the ground up.
- Familiarity with remote sensing or field-deployed operational systems.
