Responsibilities

  • Own and steer global pricing & sales enablement governance, standards and compliance across Business Unit
  • Define scalable pricing & sales enablement processes and guardrails enabling disciplined regional and local execution
  • Act as senior sparring partner to regional/local business teams on pricing & sales enablement related topics
  • Drive transparency on pricing performance, risks, and opportunities through KPIs and analytics
  • Act as global business owner and primary counterpart to Adhesives pricing org. for pricing tools, data standards, and target architecture
  • Lead pricing & sales enablement capability building and selected strategic initiatives

Requirements

Senior experience (7+ years) in pricing, commercial/sales excellence, Controlling or revenue management in a global environment, preferably including Consumer related business experience

Strong expertise in pricing governance and analytics, and solid understanding of pricing tools and value-capture frameworks

Proven ability to lead & influence cross-functionally and across direct & indirect reporting lines

Analytical mindset, self-driven, strong communication skills to all org. levels, team-player attitude

High profile university degree preferably with major in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field

Skills

The salary range for this role is $140000.00 and $170000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.
