Partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional delivery teams, you will act as the link between strategic intent and execution, providing portfolio insights, shaping prioritisation, and balancing delivery pace, capacity, risks, constraints, and trade-off opportunities. This role ensures investments align with strategic priorities and that Bayside Health delivers the right initiatives at the right time with the right governance, resources, and controls to maximise organisational value.
Success will be measured by your ability to build confidence through visibility, transparent reporting, improved sequencing, and dependency management, creating a more connected and coordinated delivery ecosystem.

- Manage portfolio-level financial tracking, reporting, and contract administration activities.
- Bring an enterprise perspective to portfolio execution, resolving systemic delivery challenges, competing priorities, and macro execution issues impacting strategic outcomes.
- Lead the orchestration of portfolio dependencies, optimising resource capacity, allocation, delivery flow, and minimising execution risk.
- Use data, insights, and systems thinking to identify opportunities, remove friction, and drive alignment across complex portfolios during quarterly planning business reviews and portfolio rebalancing cycles.
- Champion cultural reform, continuous improvement of PMO processes, and adoption of modern delivery approaches to strengthen execution, accountability, transparency, and consistent ways of working.
