About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Planning Part, Business Operations to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This leadership role will guide strategic planning and business operations across a dynamic, fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional coordination, translate priorities into actionable plans, and help ensure resources are aligned to support business goals. In partnership with senior leaders, this person will strengthen operational effectiveness, improve decision-making, and foster collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to support departmental goals
• Oversee preparation of strategic materials and reports for decision-making
• Lead the planning team to foster collaboration and alignment
• Facilitate communication and coordination between departments
• Monitor business operations to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure efficient resource allocation for departmental activities
• Collaborate with senior management to align strategies with business goals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
• Represent the department in cross-functional meetings and advocate for team priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in strategic planning and business operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in cross-departmental collaboration

Location: Mountain View, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000 annually
