Head of People & Culture (HR), NA

Location: White Plains, NY – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $210,000 – $260,000 annually

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the regional people strategy in alignment with global priorities
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership within Business Services North America
• Lead HR transformation initiatives, including redesign and capability building
• Collaborate with global HR Centers of Excellence to deploy programs effectively
• Provide strategic HR partnership to business leaders across various segments
• Champion company's culture of belonging and inclusion throughout the workforce
• Build and lead a high-performing HR team focused on strategic partnership

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record in HR transformation and organizational redesign
• Experience in a matrixed, global organization, ideally in manufacturing or technology
• Deep expertise across the full HR value chain including talent management and employee relations
• Demonstrated capability in streamlining HR processes across business units
