What You’ll Do
- Lead the team and build the function
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of account managers; hire, onboard, and retain talent as the team scales.
- Build the foundation of Vendelux’s account management function — segmentation, playbooks, and health scoring that deliver predictable outcomes across onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
- Own retention, expansion, and account health for the segment; set targets, prioritize resources, and drive team accountability and results.
- Coach account managers on delivering compelling business outcomes for their partners.
- Own strategic partnerships
- Lead and grow relationships with key event organizer partners, serving as a senior point of contact for strategic accounts.
- Source and structure data-driven partnerships — including data exchange and technical collaborations — that support revenue growth and product expansion.
- Own partner onboarding end-to-end, from pre-call research to live sessions and follow-up education.
- Build and customize data reports and dashboards to meet partner-specific needs, and surface partner feedback to improve reporting workflows and product capabilities.
- Identify and drive expansion — additional events, renewals, webinars, case studies, and media partnerships — partnering with Sales, Product, Data, and Marketing on go-to-market and upsell.
- Represent Vendelux externally at industry events, and stay close to market trends to influence product and positioning.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years in account management, partnerships, or customer success, with 3+ years managing teams — ideally in B2B SaaS.

- Excellent people manager and coach who can hire, develop, and retain high-performing account managers.
- Strong operational mindset: building playbooks, KPIs, segmentation strategies, and scalable processes.
- Comfortable with data and customer usage/adoption metrics; a strong communicator who builds trust and navigates complex stakeholder conversations.
- A highly organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and prioritizes competing demands.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with data, analytics, media, or marketing intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with events, experiential, or brand marketing ecosystems.
- Experience with international clients or expanding into new markets.
