Head of Organic Growth & Content

About the role

Alyssa Nobriga is seeking a Head of Organic Growth & Content to own growth across podcast, social, YouTube, newsletter, website, and partnerships. The mission is to grow Alyssa's organic audience and convert it into leads and ICM enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Own growth across all organic platforms
• Grow Alyssa's podcast into a Top 10 show and a measurable source of leads
• Make Alyssa's content unavoidable in the personal development niche
• Build a self-reinforcing ecosystem where every platform fuels the others
• Design a clear, repeatable content strategy that grows audience and drives measurable signups
• Own the path from content to captured lead, including CTAs, lead magnets, and conversion points
• Partner with the Paid Media Manager to ensure organic feeds the nurture sequences and evergreen funnel
• Track and report attribution, and test and improve conversion rates at every handoff point

Requirements

• Proven experience in taking a thought leader or large brand from strong visibility to massive organic reach and converting that reach into revenue
• Understanding of what makes content spread, what platforms reward, and how to engineer momentum across ecosystems
• Ability to architect a clear, repeatable content strategy that grows audience and drives measurable signups
• Deep understanding of Reels mechanics, watch time, retention, saves, shares, and ability to spot early signals of breakout content
• Ability to shape Alyssa's positioning as a category leader and control the narrative as visibility increases

• Experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field
• Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and tactics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Strong communication and project management skills
