Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the operational organization, including its establishment and further development
- End-to-end responsibility for customer order fulfillment – from order receipt through procurement, production, and quality assurance to delivery
- Establishment of scalable structures, processes, and responsibilities to support the company’s continued growth
- Management and further development of external production, supply, and logistics partners regarding quality, costs, and on-time delivery
- Establishment and further development of Supply Chain, Procurement, and operational controlling
- Definition and management of KPIs, quality standards, budgets, and operational targets
- Building, leading, and developing an Operations team of approximately 10 internal and external employees
- Close collaboration with the CEO and CTO on company building, product handover, and scaling, as well as regular reporting to senior management
- Optimization of processes and interfaces between Development, Operations, Sales, Aftersales, and senior management
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT, Engineering, or Operations, ideally in a leadership role
- Analytical mindset and a holistic perspective on complex systems and processes
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality and strong execution skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with confidence in managing stakeholders
- Understanding of IT security, risk management, and compliance
- High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, and team orientation
- Excellent German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage

Pay
The minimum annual salary for this position is €84,000. Depending on experience and qualifications, a higher salary may be offered.
