This is a Fixed Term role with an anticipated initial engagement of approximately six months. The role reports to the Head of Media US and is fully remote, based in North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated media plans that support brand and category strategies, ensuring cohesive and consistent communications across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Partner closely with Brand, eCommerce, and Customer Development teams as well as with our agency partner to translate business priorities into full-funnel media strategies that drive reach, engagement, and conversion
- Drive best-in-class media planning and execution across channels (including digital, social, search, retail media, and traditional), ensuring alignment across consumer touchpoints
- Bring thought leadership to advance innovative, breakthrough media strategies that differentiate Kenvue’s Self Care brands and strengthen their leadership position within highly competitive categories
- Collaborate with media agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality execution, while continuously enhancing capabilities, tools, and ways of working
- Leverage data, analytics, and consumer insights to inform media strategy, optimize performance, and improve return on investment across campaigns
- Identify and pilot new media opportunities, formats, and technologies to enhance effectiveness and accelerate learning across the portfolio
- Support investment planning and budget allocation across brands, ensuring optimal deployment of media spend aligned to business priorities and performance goals
- Serve as a key connector across functions, ensuring alignment between brand strategy, media strategy, and commercial objectives
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering strong capabilities in integrated media planning, performance analytics, and execution excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 12–15 years of experience in integrated media, digital marketing, media strategy, or related roles
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated media plans across multiple channels, with a strong understanding of full-funnel media strategy
- Demonstrated ability to translate brand and commercial objectives into impactful media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong understanding of the evolving media landscape, including digital, social, search, and retail media channels
- Experience working in a matrixed organization, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Brand, eCommerce, and Commercial teams
- Analytical mindset, with experience leveraging data and insights to optimize media performance and inform decision-making
- Experience managing media budgets and optimizing investment across channels based on performance and business priorities
- People leadership experience, with the ability to develop and coach team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Strong communication and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to clearly articulate media strategies and performance insights to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience within CPG, consumer health, or highly regulated categories with complex consumer journeys
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and media consumption trends within Self Care and wellness categories
- Experience working within an agency model and managing external partners to deliver integrated media strategies
- Familiarity with advanced measurement approaches, attribution models, and emerging media technologies
- Proven ability to bring innovative thinking and challenge the status quo to elevate media effectiveness
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and lead through ambiguity
- Passion for building strong brands and delivering meaningful consumer connections through media
Pay
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $190,825.00 - $269,400.00. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level, and other job-related factors.
