About the role
We are a high-growth personal injury law firm operating in a highly competitive legal market. Our marketing engine spans digital performance media, social and content, traditional media, brand development, and intake alignment. We are hiring a Head of Marketing Operations to build the operational backbone that enables sustained, disciplined growth toward nine-figure revenue.
Responsibilities
The Head of Marketing Operations will architect and enforce the system that turns strategy into predictable, measurable output across all marketing channels. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and enforcing the marketing operating system
- Standardizing workflow, documentation, and accountability
- Installing performance scorecards across roles
- Aligning campaign execution with pipeline and signed-case growth
- Reducing executive involvement in tactical coordination by building structure that holds
Scope of Ownership
The Head of Marketing Operations will have ownership of the following areas:
- Operational Architecture: owning and optimizing the marketing workflow platform, defining role-level KPIs, and installing dashboard reporting tied to revenue and pipeline impact
- Execution Discipline: driving 95%+ on-time campaign launches, identifying bottlenecks, enforcing clarity in deliverables and timelines, and establishing corrective protocols
- Revenue Alignment: ensuring marketing execution ties directly to qualified opportunity growth, translating performance data into operational adjustments, and partnering with CMO and intake leadership
- Talent & Standards: directly overseeing channel leads, evaluating capability gaps, recruiting and upgrading talent, and raising output standards across the department
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years in marketing operations or integrated marketing leadership
- Experience in a high-growth environment ($50M+ revenue preferred)
- Managed multi-channel teams (8+ contributors)
- Built and enforced operational systems at scale
- Deep fluency in marketing KPIs across digital and traditional media
- Financial literacy: understands pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, and revenue impact
