Head of Marketing & Commercialization
About the Role
As the Head of Marketing & Commercialization at Not Your Mother’s, you will drive growth by shaping strategy, delivering commercial results, and leading the end-to-end marketing function. This role owns the "what we do to win" framework—defining where to play, how to grow, and how to convert strategy into execution across brand, innovation, and go-to-market. You will serve as a key partner to Sales and a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring the business is consumer-led, performance-driven, and commercially disciplined. While acting as a strategic partner to the General Manager, this role remains anchored in business ownership and results delivery, not system or process ownership.
