Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Led brand positioning, market expansion, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Build and manage high-performing marketing teams across multiple channels.
- Drive growth through performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, partnerships, and community building.
- Design and optimize customer acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to accelerate business growth.
- Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, attribution models, and reporting systems.
- Manage annual marketing budgets and maximize ROI across all campaigns.
- Lead product launch strategies and go-to-market execution.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to maintain competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced business qualification will be considered an advantage.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience.
- Requirements: Only the relevant field persons are requested to apply. At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, Growth Director, VP Marketing, or equivalent).
