About the role
monday.com is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the development of an AI-native revenue orchestration platform. This role will focus on category creation, revenue growth, product marketing, team building, and scaling a marketing organization.
Responsibilities
- Pioneer the "AI Revenue Engine" narrative
- Drive +40% YoY growth in revenue
- Spearhead the go-to-market strategy for new AI-powered features and consumption models
- Build and lead a marketing organization across product marketing, demand generation, content, and brand
Requirements
- 12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing leadership, including 5+ years in senior/executive roles
- Experience scaling marketing from $50M to $150M+
- Proven track record of managing $30M+ budgets with demonstrated ROI and pipeline impact
- AI product marketing or category creation experience, focusing on transformative technology
- Deep expertise in demand generation, product marketing, brand building, and customer marketing for SMB/mid-market segments
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and proficiency in martech stack
- Exceptional executive presence and cross-functional leadership skills
Preferred
- Experience at AI-native SaaS companies or marketing AI/ML-powered products
- Consumption/usage-based pricing model expertise
- Global marketing experience across North America and EMEA
