About the role
Build the lead engine that makes AcquiMatch impossible to ignore. Operate as a project manager who markets, not just a creator. Own the systems, the calendar, the numbers, and the follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Turn our weekly newsletter into the hub we repurpose everything from.
- Own LinkedIn, where our audience lives.
- Run our webinars end to end: promotion, setup, run-of-show, and follow-up that converts.
- Deliver 5 to 10 qualified sales leads per week from owned channels by the end of your first 90 days, and cut our reliance on guest podcast spots to near zero.
- Optimize our existing lead magnets and nurture sequences so no lead goes cold and more leads become booked calls.
- Own the budget against a target cost-per-qualified-lead. Kill losers, scale winners.
- Guard our brand voice: punchy, direct, unmistakably AcquiMatch.
- Script the founder for VSLs, short-form, and long-form content.
- Capture content with her in studio, at live events, and with clients, so we never miss a moment worth posting.
- Develop and launch our own podcast when the engine is ready to support it.
Requirements
- Built content-driven lead engines before, not just done marketing.
- Strong writer and editor who carries a brand voice across newsletter, social, and scripts.
- Hands-on producer. Comfortable with studio gear, filming, directing edits, and designing clean assets in Canva yourself.
- Knows what data is important to achieve the right outcomes and reads the data and acts on it without being told.
- Manages up. Blocked or waiting on us? You chase us. We should never be chasing you.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in content, brand, or growth marketing, ideally for a founder-led brand.
- Bonus: helped scale a personal brand (Hormozi, Martell, Priestley, Cole Gordon) and can point to the numbers.
- Familiarity with ETA, SMB, or finance is a strong plus.
