About Niural

Niural is revolutionizing global workforce management with an AI-powered platform that unifies Global Payroll, US Payroll & PEO, Global EOR, Contractor Management, and Global Payments into a single, seamless platform. We help companies hire, pay, and manage teams across 150+ countries without compromising compliance — simplifying payroll, compliance, and global workforce operations. As we scale rapidly, we’re building the legal foundation that enables responsible global growth.

About The Role

We're looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth who will own the full spectrum of marketing — from brand positioning and demand generation to growth systems and performance marketing. This role is a strategic operator and builder who can define Niural’s narrative, accelerate acquisition, lift conversion, and align marketing tightly with product, sales, and customer success. You’ll lead and evolve a growing team (including Creative Strategist, Marketing Manager, and others), build repeatable performance channels, and shape how the world discovers Niural. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage, data-driven environments, has experience building scalable growth playbooks, and can balance long-term brand with short-term performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision
  • Define and own Niural’s marketing and growth strategy across brand, demand, acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Act as a key partner to the executive team, shaping go-to-market strategy for product launches, pricing, and positioning.
  • Translate business goals into measurable marketing objectives and KPIs with clear accountability and reporting.
  • Brand & Positioning
  • Lead development of Niural’s brand narrative, messaging, and visual identity to clearly differentiate our value in global workforce tech.
  • Champion consistent brand application across all channels — website, content, thought leadership, partner ecosystems, PR, and product messaging.
  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
  • Build and scale demand generation engines that fuel qualified leads — including paid, organic, email, content, events, partners, ABM, and referral channels.
  • Drive creative, targeted campaigns that increase pipeline volume and conversion with clear data-backed experimentation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with product and sales to ensure alignment on ICP, use cases, buyer journeys, and GTM segmentation.
  • Growth & Performance Marketing
  • Establish a growth stack (analytics, experimentation, attribution) to unlock scalable performance across channels.
  • Lead performance-oriented initiatives: SEO/SEM, paid social, programmatic, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle/retention flows, and analytics frameworks.
  • Implement testing frameworks and dashboards that empower rapid iteration and intelligent decision-making.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Grow and mentor a high-performing marketing team, developing strengths across brand, content, digital, demand gen, growth, and analytics.
  • Foster a collaborative, metric-driven culture that balances strategic thinking with rigorous execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, People & Ops to align on launch plans, audiences, content strategy, and revenue targets.
  • Support sales enablement with winning materials — pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, ROI tools.

About You

  • You’re a marketer who can think strategically and execute ruthlessly: 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally scaling go-to-market at SaaS, workforce tech, HR/PEO/EOR platforms, fintech, or adjacent B2B enterprise solutions.
  • Experience with performance/demand gen, analytics, and experimentation frameworks — you measure what matters and iterate fast.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire teams.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical instincts and fluency in tools like CRM/ABM platforms, BI/analytics tools, marketing automation, paid media, and SEO.
  • Comfort in a high-growth, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving startup environment.
  • Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in the global HR tech, payroll, EOR/PEO, or fintech verticals.
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle and retention marketing at scale.
  • Experience managing paid media budgets and cross-channel acquisition experiments.
