Responsibilities
- Design and manage complex global transportation networks for autonomous vehicles
- Recruit and scale the Logistics organization while mentoring talent
- Oversee financial planning for logistics and implement cost-reduction strategies
- Implement reverse logistics protocols for asset tracking and recycling processes
- Drive adoption of TMS and ERP for logistics data accuracy
- Establish trade compliance controls and develop tariff strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years logistics leadership experience in tech-forward sectors like manufacturing or aerospace
- Experience building and mentoring high-performing logistics teams from the ground up
- Knowledge of global transportation networks, including freight forwarding and customs
- Strong relationship-building skills to align cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; advanced degrees preferred
