This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Shape internal storytelling and ensure key messages are communicated effectively
- Build and manage internal communication infrastructures and best practices
- Own planning and execution for company-wide events like all-hands and major announcements
- Collaborate closely with the People team on strategic communications
- Serve as a communications partner to translate complex topics into approachable messages
- Align internal narrative with external marketing and communications efforts
- Advise leadership on timing and framing of major business updates
- Protect company culture and morale through engaging communication
- Continuously evolve and iterate on the internal communications strategy using data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a high-growth company
- Proven success in developing and executing an internal communications strategy
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities for translating complex topics into clear messaging
- Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
- Experience influencing and partnering with C-level executives
- Background in working with HR teams on sensitive communications
- Excellent judgment with prioritization skills for managing competing requests
- Creative mindset to experiment with new communication formats and styles
Pay
$125,000 – $150,000 annually
