Head of Integrated Product Support, Ghost
About the role
We are looking for a Head of Integrated Product Support, Ghost (internally known as Head of Mission Readiness) to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA.
Responsibilities
- Direct all Mission Readiness - Integrated Logistics Support activities across programs to include execution, process, best practices, technical oversight, and budget monitoring.
- Responsible for taking Integrated Logistics Support at Anduril from zero to one on an extremely aggressive timeline.
- Implement and maintain logistics systems, standards, and data to ensure accurate and efficient logistics operations and management.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and program management, to ensure alignment and execution of logistics goals.
- Develop and implement logistics plans and best practices to ensure the timely execution of all logistics program deliverables in a highly collaborative environment.
- Influence, and coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract(s).
- Influence contract acquisitions, negotiations, and modifications.
- Problem solve and remove obstacles for your team and internal and external partners.
- Communicate effectively to keep internal and external teams informed at all times.
- Use the necessary channels (Slack, email, meetings) to ensure stakeholders understand what needs to be accomplished and when.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in DoD/government logistics or progressively complex program administration experience, including leadership roles in operations, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain.
- Demonstrates technical expertise and application of logistics management principles, concepts, and practice as well as leadership skills including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet established deadlines or milestones.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
- Ability to travel as needed for the business. Ability to be local or relocate to Costa Mesa, CA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in regulatory requirements as it relates to the DoD or government logistics, preferably related to aircraft.
- Experience working with, in, and around Air Force or other military branch Integrated Logistics operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally, including at a deeply technical level, in an unstructured environment; startup experience preferred.
- Strong outcome orientation with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to implementation and adoption. Moves fast, has a positive attitude and can lead people directly and via influence.
- Government Proposal experience is desired.
