Head of Integrated Product Support, Connected Warfare

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Integrated Product Support Connected Warfare to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Aerospace & Defense environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct Mission Readiness - Integrated Logistics Support activities across programs
• Lead Integrated Logistics Support initiatives from inception to execution on tight timelines
• Implement logistics systems and standards for operational efficiency
• Develop and manage a high-performing team through recruitment and training
• Collaborate with engineering and program management teams to align logistics goals
• Create logistics plans to ensure timely delivery of program deliverables
• Engage in product research and integration efforts with engineering teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
• 10+ years in DoD/government logistics or program administration roles, including leadership experience
• Technical expertise in logistics management principles and practices
• Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance
• Willing to travel as needed for business operations
• Must be local or willing to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA

Compensation: $219,000 – $290,000 annually
