About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Mission Readiness Connected Warfare to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Aerospace & Defense environment.
Responsibilities
- Direct Mission Readiness Integrated Logistics Support activities and practices
- Establish logistics processes from the ground up on an aggressive timeline
- Implement logistics systems for efficient operations and accurate management
- Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team
- Collaborate across teams to align logistics goals with organizational objectives
- Develop logistics plans to ensure timely program deliverables
- Engage in engineering discussions to guide product development and integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
- 10+ years in DoD/government logistics or complex program administration, including leadership roles
- Strong understanding of logistics management principles and practices
- Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance
- Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation: $219,000 – $290,000 annually
