About the Role

As a Teller at Capital, you are the face of the credit union. It's more than just processing financial transactions—it's building lasting relationships with members.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier’s checks.
• Provide exceptional member service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to meet financial needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members to foster trust and loyalty.
• Adhere to security and compliance procedures to protect member information and prevent fraud.
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services, such as accounts, loans, and digital banking tools.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure proper handling of funds.
