About the Role

As a Teller at Capital, you are the face of the credit union. It's more than just processing financial transactions—it's building lasting relationships with members.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier’s checks.
• Provide exceptional member service by identifying needs and offering appropriate products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members to foster trust and loyalty.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
• Adhere to security procedures and compliance regulations to protect member information and prevent fraud.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services, such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Assist with opening and closing accounts, including verifying identification and completing necessary documentation.
• Resolve member inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Participate in branch activities and promotions to support community engagement.
