Head of Industry, CPG

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Industry, CPG to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader will shape the go-to-market strategy for the CPG vertical, deepen strategic relationships, and drive growth across a high-value market segment. The role will serve as a senior external representative of the organization, combining industry leadership, client partnership, and revenue accountability. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and business development teams to advance market position and deliver innovative solutions for CPG marketers. Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $225,000 – $250,000 annually Responsibilities Scale the CPG business by expanding strategic relationships Position the company as a leading AI-powered platform for retail marketers Drive industry awareness through thought leadership and client education Own and grow brand-direct demand while collaborating with sales Develop a go-to-market strategy targeting key CPG marketing organizations Partner with clients to navigate consumer privacy and measurement trends Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of CPG sales leaders Define and execute against ambitious revenue and growth objectives Serve as the executive face of the organization at meetings and industry events Collaborate with Product and Business Development on innovative CPG solutions Qualifications 15+ years of advertising experience, including at least 5+ years in CPG brands Ability to scale CPG businesses and expand strategic relationships Expertise in programmatic advertising and modern digital media channels Strong understanding of evolving consumer trends and measurement solutions Proven track record of building high-performing go-to-market teams Benefits Fully paid health insurance Paid parental leave Unlimited PTO Investment in employee professional growth Recognition as one of the best places to work Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
