The Opportunity
At AfterShip, we believe that building a great company starts with building a great organization. As our Head of HR Business Partner, you'll partner closely with our VP People and our executive team to help ensure our organization evolves alongside our business. You'll influence how teams are structured, where we invest in talent, how leaders grow, and how we prepare the company for what's next. This isn't a role centered on running HR programs. It's about helping leaders make better organizational decisions and building an HRBP function that becomes one of the company's most trusted strategic partners.
