This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into 1-3 year workforce and talent plans
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives in technology and transformation
- Partner with leaders to align people strategies with strategic business goals
- Lead workforce planning for technology and AI transformation initiatives
- Shape people strategies for AI adoption and capability building
- Enhance organizational and leadership competence through various planning and development methods
- Improve decision-making by analyzing workforce trends and presenting insights
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with 10+ years in managerial roles within complex, global organizations
- Proven ability to advise C-suite leaders and devise strategies aligned with business goals
- Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and change leadership
- Experience in leading senior HR teams and enhancing strategic advisory capabilities
- Previous success in driving complex initiatives through teams, managing resources and budgets effectively
- Strong business acumen and proficiency in translating workforce data into strategic recommendations
- Familiarity with AI-enabled HR practices and current workforce trends
