The Senior Associate, HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays an active role in supporting and driving the delivery of people strategies that enable business performance and prepare the organization for the future of work.

Working in close partnership with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and business leaders, this role contributes to evolving how work gets done—leveraging data, building modern talent practices, and supporting initiatives that strengthen workforce agility, skills, and organizational effectiveness. This role will specifically support client groups within a technology organization, partnering with leaders and teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role builds HRBP capabilities by leveraging data, developing business acumen, and supporting strategic priorities through high-quality execution. The Senior Associate balances operational excellence with growing exposure to broader HR initiatives and enterprise efforts.

Responsibilities

  • HR Partnership & Execution
    • Partner with HRBPs to support the execution of people strategies aligned to business needs.
    • Support business-specific initiatives and requests, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
    • Assist in aligning HR activities with business priorities through strong coordination and follow-through.
    • Support leaders within a technology-focused organization by helping address workforce priorities tied to technical talent, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
  • Talent & Core HR Processes
    • Support and help drive the execution of core HR processes (e.g., performance management, talent reviews, engagement, and compensation planning).
    • Prepare materials and analyses to support talent discussions and leadership meetings.
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data and deliverables across processes.
  • Data & Insights
    • Analyze workforce data and reporting (e.g., engagement, turnover, performance) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Contribute to the development of insights and recommendations in partnership with HRBPs.
    • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools.
    • Use data to help inform talent strategies within technical teams, including skills, capacity, and organizational trends where applicable.
  • Employee & Manager Support
    • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, processes, and tools.
    • Support intake and documentation of employee relations matters, escalating more complex issues as appropriate.
    • Help ensure a consistent and positive employee experience through responsive and solutions-oriented support.
  • Collaboration Across HR
    • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent, Compensation, Learning, Employee Relations) to support delivery of HR programs.
    • Partner with HRBPs and Generalists to ensure alignment and effective execution of priorities.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Execute HR processes with a focus on quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
    • Support organizational changes (e.g., job updates, restructures) through coordination and documentation.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency, employee experience, and team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of HR experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Foundational analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with others.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and appropriately escalate issues.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a business-facing HR role.
  • Experience supporting technical, digital, engineering, product, or data-oriented teams is a plus.

Pay

Salary Range: $81,000-$104,000

Overtime eligible: Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Sales bonus eligible: No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
