About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Head Of HR Business Partnering to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategically partner with B2B leadership to align people agenda with business strategy
• Influence executives on org effectiveness, leadership capability, and culture
• Lead the HR Business Partnering team across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas
• Drive organizational health and team effectiveness initiatives
• Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles
• Coach senior leaders on performance and team dynamics
• Shape company culture by aligning people practices with organizational values

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR Business Partnering experience supporting senior executives in global environments
• Extensive global experience navigating cultural nuances and market complexities
• Proven ability to shape people strategy in growth and transformation contexts
• Experience leading HR teams across multiple geographies
• Strong commercial acumen connecting people decisions to business outcomes
• Track record of influencing and gaining credibility with senior stakeholders
• Strong judgment in managing high-stakes people matters across diverse environments

Pay

$207,900 – $254,100 annually
