The opportunity

We're looking for a Head of GTM to bring Mutiny to millions of users. You'll sit shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders, own revenue end-to-end from first touch to retention, and help shape the decisions that define the company’s brand and culture. You’ll be building the AI infrastructure layer that reshapes how every GTM team operates.

This role is in person in New York City, five days a week.

Revenue

  • Self-serve signups and conversion
  • Pipeline and ARR management
  • Retention and expansion strategies

Marketing

  • Build the engine from zero to inevitable
  • Hire the team and build the channels

GTM Engineering

  • Build the agent-powered growth stack (including Mutiny!)

Sales and Customer Experience

  • Pricing and evaluation strategy
  • Expansion strategy to close deals and drive customer adoption

The Team

  • Hire the best GTM people in the world
  • Build a culture of winners

  • Shape how the market understands category-defining AI products for GTM

Who You Are

  • A nose for distribution: break through noise, build demand engines from scratch
  • A simplifier: look at tangled funnels, bloated roadmaps, messy orgs and find the one move that makes everything obvious
  • A deep sense of urgency: play to win in a re-evaluated GTM stack
  • A holistic company builder: understand revenue levers holistically, write LinkedIn posts that move pipeline, pull SQL to debug conversion
