We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Why join us?" maybe considered part of About the role? Actually "Why join us?" is a section describing company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About Mitti". But we have to use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. We have content: description of company, role description, responsibilities, what you will bring (requirements), experience and skills required, skills list, benefits/perks. We need to extract: - About the role: maybe the paragraph starting "The role As Head of GTM for the Americas region..." includes responsibilities. Could split: About the role could be brief overview: "Mitti by SafetyCulture is a global tech company..." Actually that's company description could be under About the role? But we have separate sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. We need to decide what goes where. We have: Company intro: "Why join us? Mitti by SafetyCulture is a global tech company..." This is about company culture, equity, etc. Could be placed under About the role? Or maybe we treat as About the role (overview). Could also be part of Benefits? But better to put under About the role: description of company and why join. Responsibilities: bullet list of duties: setting, implementing, iterating on GTM strategy; leading team of 50 AEs, CSMs, Leaders; collaborating with global teams; focusing on talent; etc. Requirements: maybe the "What You Will Bring" section includes requirements: 10+ year proven leadership track record, experience leading sales and GTM teams in high growth SaaS US, etc. Also "Experience and Skills Required" repeats similar. Qualifications: maybe we can treat "Experience and Skills Required" as Qualifications? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings. We need to decide distribution: Requirements could be the "What You Will Bring" (core requirements). Qualifications could be the "Experience and Skills Required" (more detailed). Or vice versa. Skills: list of skills: Strategic GTM Operations, Comprehensive GTM Knowledge, Technical Proficiency, Customer-Centric Leadership, Culture & Communication. Benefits: list of perks: equity, competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, training, hackathons, community involvement, in-house culinary crew, wellbeing initiatives, quarterly celebrations, table tennis etc., inclusive culture, best place to work awards. Pay: Not explicitly stated; only "competitive salary" but no numbers. According to rule: do NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "competitive salary" but no specific figure. That's vague; maybe we should not create Pay section because it's not specific. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits we have specific perks, so we can include Benefits. Pay we have only "competitive salary" which is vague; maybe we should omit Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned; flexible working arrangements mentioned but not schedule specifics. Could be considered under Benefits? But schedule section only if posting states them. It mentions flexible working arrangements, we could treat as Benefits (flexible work). No explicit schedule like "full-time", "remote". So we omit Schedule. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, application instructions, navigation, cookie, legal. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to extract the relevant paragraphs and bullet points. We need to strip boilerplate: lines about recruitment agencies, apply button, social media links, EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "Experience Experience". Also remove "Even if you don't meet every requirement..." etc (that's encouragement to apply, maybe considered boilerplate? It's not legal but it's encouraging application; could be considered application instruction? Probably we should remove that as it's not substantive about role. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should remove encouragement to apply, social media links, recruitment agency note. Also remove "Thanks to the tireless efforts..." maybe that's culture but could be considered boilerplate? It's about culture recognition; could be kept as part of Benefits? It's about awards; maybe keep as part of Benefits? It's substantive about culture. Might keep. But we need to preserve all substantive information. The encouragement to apply is not substantive about role; it's application instruction. So remove. Now we need to structure. Let's extract sections. About the role: Could include company description and role overview. Let's craft a paragraph: "Mitti by SafetyCulture is a global tech company with almost 1,000 employees building tools for three billion frontline workers. The company offers big tech scale without corporate layers, provides equity to permanent team members, and focuses on scaling smart with AI, clear vision, and real ownership." Then role overview: "As Head of GTM for the Americas region, you’ll be responsible for setting, implementing, and iterating on the go-to-market strategy that delivers revenue and growth targets for the region. You will lead a team of 50 AEs, CSMs, and Leaders responsible for landing new customers, expanding usage, renewing, and platforming organizations’ frontline operations on Mitti.
