Head of Growth (GTM)
Position Summary
The U.S. real estate brokerage market generates over $100 billion annually in commissions. PropertyPilot is a new platform designed specifically for professional buyers, aiming to provide better data, analysis, and deal flow compared to traditional brokerage models. Investors are the primary target segment, as they face significant friction in the current system. The Head of Growth will build and execute the go-to-market strategy from scratch, focusing on paid, organic, content, partnerships, and community channels. The role requires running rigorous experiments, setting targets, building dashboards, and defending the growth metrics. The successful candidate will also be responsible for pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies, as well as co-designing the activation funnel and onboarding processes within the product.
What You’ll Own
Own the entire growth motion, from sourcing investors to measuring CAC, payback, and activation.
Build and run experiments across multiple channels, such as paid, organic, content, community, partnerships, outbound, and referral.
Set and defend the growth targets, build dashboards, and monitor key metrics like CAC, payback, LTV, activation, retention, and viral coefficient.
Create creative acquisition strategies, including direct mail, outbound, referral mechanics, and content that ranks.
Collaborate with the CEO and Product on pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions, ensuring the model is capital-efficient, repeatable, and defensible.
Co-design the activation funnel, paywalls, referral surfaces, and onboarding processes within the product.
Develop the playbook for future rounds of funding and the engine that drives the company's growth.
Build and lead a small, sharp growth team as the model proves out.
What You Bring
Experience running growth at a 0>1 or early-stage company, with proven track records of scaling acquisition motions.
Fluency across paid, organic, content, lifecycle, and at least one community or outbound channel.
A focus on experimentation and iterative improvement, rather than on creating polished campaigns.
A preference for writing ads over approving them, and a comfort level using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Clay.
A strong ability to measure and defend growth metrics, and a willingness to ship and iterate based on data.
A background in real estate, proptech, fintech, marketplace, or vertical SaaS, or experience selling to operators.
