Overview
Waydev is building the next generation of Engineering Productivity Intelligence. They are seeking a Head of Growth to take full ownership of their growth engine, shaping positioning, driving acquisition, optimizing funnels, and scaling Waydev AI globally.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the full growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
- Own PLG experiments across the Waydev AI funnel, from first touch to paid conversion.
- Design high quality campaigns across SEO, paid, social, content, and developer focused channels.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create strong enterprise growth loops.
- Build the analytics foundation for forecasting, attribution, and reporting.
- Work with Product to define growth features, onboarding paths, and in product journeys.
- Lead our presence on Product Hunt, YC network, LinkedIn, podcasts, partnerships, and conferences.
- Develop strong narratives that position Waydev as the leading Engineering Intelligence platform.
- Work directly with the CEO to scale revenue toward the next funding milestone.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years experience in growth marketing, product led growth, or full funnel ownership.
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company, ideally in developer tools, analytics, or AI.
- Strong track record running experiments, optimizing funnels, and improving conversion.
- Ability to write and communicate clearly.
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution.
- You understand the difference between enterprise sales cycles and PLG activation loops.
- Familiar with SEO, content systems, paid channels, lifecycle automation, and data analysis.
- Obsessed with metrics. You know how to dig into data to find insights and opportunities.
