Key Responsibilities
- Drive partnership strategy and close high-value agreements to accelerate market adoption
- Cook up all fundraising activities and manage investor communications
- Liaise closely with the development team to align product roadmaps with clinical needs
- Lead customer post-sale implementation and integrations
- Lead recruitment and performance evaluation for operations and partnership roles
- Implement and manage patient SMS workflows that will be billed to insurances, ensuring timely patient outreach, consent capture, and integrations with SafeBeat application
- Develop and optimize the Chronic Care Management (CCM) care plan process including care-plan drafting, patient engagement messaging, and documentation tracking
- Oversee patient onboarding workflows, including device setup, training materials, consent processes, and initial monitoring configuration to ensure a smooth transition into our care programs
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Science, or Business
- 3+ years of Technical/Industry experience including Operations and Business Leadership, and Forming Strategic Partnerships
- Exceptional technical/scientific writing and presentation skills for both academic and investor audiences
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project-management capabilities
- Excellent organization, task management/follow-through, and closed-loop communication with the team
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends as needed to hit aggressive milestones
