Head of Growth
About the role
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes AI and wants to channel that into marketing and growth. Planoly is an established, profitable platform trusted by 30,000+ creators, solopreneurs, and small content-first businesses. We're entering our next phase of growth and need a Head of Growth to build the engine.
Responsibilities
Own full funnel growth end-to-end, from strategy to execution: Own growth projects concept to execution (strategy, build, launch, and iteration)
Guide creative and content outputs to align with brand standards while staying conversion-focused.
Scale our content engine - turn one idea into many angles, formats, and channels
Turn audience attention into measurable, compounding growth
Create campaigns, landing pages, product content, and customer stories at a speed and volume that would be impossible without AI fluency
Build your own tools, automations, and workflows to solve growth problems
Rapidly experiment across channels, testing messaging, creative, audiences, to find what actually drives sign-ups and activation
Lead product launches alongside Product, shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market
Stay on the bleeding edge of AI capabilities, scouting new tools and figuring out how to apply them to marketing before anyone else does
Requirements
- You think of opportunities instead of tasks. You blend instincts and data to spot patterns others miss, and leverage those insights to hypercharge growth.
- You have an intuition for what makes people click, sign up, and stick around.
- You are balanced between creative and analytical, you are naturally fluent across storytelling and data-driven decision-making.
- You think in systems and automations, not one-off campaigns.
- You have turned attention into pipeline into revenue.
- You get more out of every tool, dollar, and asset than anyone expects.
- You've shipped AI-assisted projects: agents, automations, apps, content systems, or workflows.
- You have high agency and independence - you own projects end-to-end with minimal hand-holding.
- You have strong written communication - you can simplify complex ideas and write copy that connects.
- You have proven success scaling full-funnel marketing from awareness all the way through retention.
