Responsibilities
- Build and mentor a five-person GTM team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy, including segmentation and pricing
- Acquire and close deals with frontier model labs and AI enterprises
- Expand existing accounts by identifying needs and converting pilots into larger programs
- Manage a data-driven sales pipeline, forecasting, and meeting revenue targets
- Develop thought-leadership content and engage in industry events to elevate brand presence
- Establish executive-level relationships with stakeholders in the AI community
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology services sales or GTM leadership, with 3+ years managing cross-functional teams of 5-10
- Consistent track record of exceeding revenue goals through new-client acquisition and account expansion
- Experience in selling AIML, data, or ML ops services to enterprises and hyperscale clients
- Strong professional network among AI platform developers and digital-native companies
- Familiarity with content marketing and demand generation strategies

$120,000 – $180,000 annually
