Established Functional Programs

Delivers plans against target deadlines and business objectives while applying project and change management best practices, such as Six Sigma and Lean.

Maintains quality standards and benefits realization expectations during roll-outs and ongoing execution.

Identifies opportunities for process improvements and shares insights within the function or minor region, as well as with the broader team of Operations Managers.

Communication and Collaboration

Facilitates the communication of lessons learned as part of implementation efforts.

Shares insights within a function or minor region as well as to the broader team of Operations Managers.

Project Management

Provides high-level project resolution and troubleshooting for team projects.

Directly inputs to management on the development of strategic initiatives for the team.

Compensation

The applicable base salary range for this role is $134,300 to $250,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.

Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
