Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Finance, Supply Chain, and CLM technology portfolios with strategic alignment to business goals
- Collaborate with leaders from Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and more to create sustainable platform capabilities
- Oversee enhancements, integrations, data quality, and production support for Oracle Fusion
- Establish portfolio governance practices for risk management and performance reporting
- Define data, analytics, and integration strategies for better business insights
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities in workflows
- Manage technology initiatives during major operational changes such as mergers and acquisitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Strong leadership in managing enterprise applications, especially Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain
- Prominent track record in leading ERP transformations and complex enterprise integrations
- Experience with AI, automation, and SaaS functionalities for enterprise improvements
- Background in private equity, M&A, and post-merger integrations advantageous
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, financial acumen, and team leadership skills
