Key Responsibilities

  • Shape how the world understands, adopts, and builds with Interfere
  • Build deep trust with developers and technical leaders
  • Ensure clear, compelling narratives around self-healing software and AI-driven reliability
  • Create documentation, guides, demos, and examples that developers actually want to use
  • Establish feedback loops between users, community, and the core engineering team
  • Develop and maintain developer education through talks, workshops, writing, and events
  • Establish strategic presence in key developer communities and media outlets
  • Engage early champions who shape the roadmap and advocate for Interfere organically

Requirements

  • Depth over breadth – Knowledge of community engagement vs. performative engagement
  • Boundless empathy – Understanding of developer thought processes, building, and debugging
  • Craft at velocity – High-quality writing, talks, demos, and resources, shipped quickly without sacrificing clarity or depth

Qualifications

  • Deep technical credibility – Working closely with engineers or having been one yourself
  • Experience in developer relations, developer marketing, or technical community leadership
  • Background in developer tools, infrastructure, observability, or AI platforms
  • Strong technical writing or public speaking track record
  • Experience building early-stage developer communities from zero to critical mass
  • Open source contributions, talks, blogs, or other proof of exceptional work

Skills

  • Systems thinking – Understanding of how community, product, and adoption reinforce each other
