About the role

The Head of Delivery & Operations is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficient delivery of services and products. This includes managing teams, setting strategic goals, and implementing processes to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management or a similar field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience in technology or digital media industries preferred
