About the role
Traba is the AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain. We started in workforce—temp staffing, the biggest operational pain point for the manufacturing and logistics customers we serve—and used it to embed ourselves inside their daily operations and create a far better customer experience through technology. Now those same customers are pulling us beyond staffing into the broader operational workflows that run their facilities. That foundation gave us proprietary data from millions of shifts and deep enterprise relationships. But our edge is more than data: by connecting to the systems running across every facility and activating the workers already on our platform to execute against them, we are building applied AI that drives real productivity gains and transforms how the global supply chain operates at scale. What You'll Do
- Own Serviceability Performance: Drive the operating metrics that define serviceability and customer experience across Customer Ops and Worker Ops, including fill rate, worker consistency, launch ramp performance, retention, and onsite quality.
- Lead Operational Execution: Identify and solve the highest-impact operational challenges affecting customer performance, workforce reliability, recruiting efficiency, launch success, and market health.
- Drive Marketplace and Account Performance: Partner closely with Customer Ops, Worker Ops, Growth, Finance, and Product to improve marketplace efficiency and customer outcomes. Support market prioritization, operational rollout strategy, pricing inputs, and account expansion initiatives tied directly to operational performance.
What You Bring
- Ideal Pedigree: 8-18 years of total experience including senior operating role at a high-growth, operationally complex startup (Series A through Series C). Clear upward progression at every stop. Top-tier undergraduate institution.
- Operational Instincts: Strong handle on marketplace and physical-world operating metrics — unit economics, payback periods, launch ramp dynamics — and an ability to connect strategy to real-world execution on the floor.
- Systems Builder: Demonstrated ability to scale manual processes into automated, repeatable ones and implement operating tooling and cadences at growing companies.
- Cross-Functional Force Multiplier: Proven ability to operate across functions — sales, customer ops, worker ops, finance, product — and drive outcomes through teams you don't directly own.
- Startup Spirit: Ambitious, action-oriented, and willing to go all in alongside the team as a player-coach.
- Nice To Have Experience: Two-sided platform businesses background, collegiate or professional athlete, military service, direct supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations experience, Data & analytics experience (SQL, Tableau, Looker, etc.)

Location and Work Style
This role is based onsite in New York City, five days per week. We build in person — it is how we move fast, make decisions in real time, and hold a high standard together.
